When Swami Prem Sandip was six years old, he was introduced to Meditation & Yoga Practices by his elder brother Yogi Abhay. Later, in his teenage, he started exploring various paths of Yoga & Meditation through books and directly experimenting on his own. In next few years he deepened his mediation practice and traveled many places and ashrams in India, his journey included OSHO ashram & Meher Baba’s pilgrimage.

He further studied Mysore-style Ashtanga Yoga classes led by Rolf and Marci in Anjuna, Goa. During this time he also gained proficiency in Hatha, Sivananda & Iyengar Yoga. This extensive learning makes him a teacher with rare combinations, Traditional Hatha & Ashtanga Vinyasa flow style of Yoga with Iyengar alignments.

He has concluded more than 60 Yoga Teacher Training and numerous Yoga Retreat Programs across the globe.

Prashant left working in the IT industry in 2012, in pursuit of something more fulfilling, he had been involved in various activities from martial arts to mountaineering, and it was this love of health and exercise that lead him to yoga. To start with, he struggled with some of the physical aspects of the practice, but using his knowledge of anatomy and physics to understand his body better; he developed specific techniques to help other people understand their blockages.
Though Prashant started out very much as a physical practitioner, he has naturally followed the path into the other elements of Yoga. He has dedicated the last five years full time to his practice of Asana as well as Pranayama, Mantra Chanting, Meditation and Kriyas (cleansing techniques).
He is a Certified Instructor, with Yoga Alliance and Yoga Alliance International. With these qualifications along with years of intense research, self-study, he brings his unique approach to teaching classes with a clear scientific understanding of yoga in fun easy to remember way.

Lydia started with an interest in diet and holistic living. She traveled to India in 2012 to study Ayurveda and the traditional Indian methods of disease prevention. Becoming fascinated with this approach she has been living in there ever since, learning about Ayurveda, Yoga and how the two are interwoven.
She became a certified teacher of Ashtanga Vinyasa with yoga alliance in 2014, and then went on to deepen her studies in Mysore, where she returns for ongoing study. As part of her training, she was introduced to Sanskrit, and to philosophy related to yoga. She found these areas particularly attractive and uses these subjects to bring background knowledge to the physical aspects of yoga.
Lydia uses a combination of her ayurvedic and yogic understanding of mind-body connection, to help people use the physical practice to work on the psychological level of the self. She believes through deeper understanding and observation of the physical self; we can start to observe our patterns tendencies and learn to stabilize the mind.

Tanja is a Yoga Alliance Registered Teacher and B.A. Physiotherapist who has dedicated herself to the study and practice of Yoga and other healing modalities. As a teen,Tanja began to study Philosophy, Nutrition and Meditation. Since then, she has delved into a variety of healing modalities, such as Core Energetics, Hatha Yoga Practice, Enlightenment Intensives, Rebirthing, Vipassana and Zen Retreats, the Feldenkrais Method, Aroma therapy, Thai massage, and Yumeiho therapy. In 2005, she met two teachers who made a significant impact on her practice and study of Yoga. Swami Brahmajnanananda taught Tanja a broad spectrum of Yoga practices and directed her spiritual studies towards Sri Ramakrishna and Sri Ramana Maharshi. David Williams, a pioneer of the Ashtanga Vinyasa System, instilled in her a deeper understanding of this system. A certified Physiotherapist by profession with an extensive knowledge of Anatomy and Kinesiology, Tanja’s teaching is safe, adaptable and deeply therapeutic. Tanja teaches from the heart. She believes everyone is unique and that each student’s uniqueness should be respected in Yoga practice. As a result, she gently guides her students to find the appropriate practice for themselves in the present moment, rather than teaching a one-size- fits-all style of Yoga
